Prof G.M.T Emezue was invited as a resource person for the “Writers and Critics sessions” which was featured during the International Conference on African Literature and the English Language a (ICALEL) held at the University of Calabar in May 1st – 4th, 2018. G.M.T Emezue’s contribution reflected on her experiences as a critic in a fast changing global structures that threaten the very existence of literary creative and critical enterprises. Among her panel were prominent writers and critics like Ikeogu Oke, Prof Peter Onwudinjo, to mention but a few.
